Mazda RX-8 Battery Warning Light Inspection

John kept me up to date with his eta. Found fault using diagnostic tests to find someone had cut wires to sensor. Fixed the fault but it was not easy for him as the wires were cut close to connector. Great job. Took time as well to speak to colleague re separate issue I raised with engine

Volkswagen Passat CC Pre-purchase Inspection

I took pre purchase car inspection package from click mechanic. Mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable however failed to spot the following MOT advisory which came out a day prior to his inspection

Central Exhaust has a minor leak of exhaust gases exhaust sleeve corroded and split.
Based on above only two stars given .

Hi there sorry u feel only to provide with 2 star. I have just looked back my paperwork which i keep for every job and i have wrote down exhaust has minor leak but not excessive as to my personal opinion at the time of inspection it was nothing to worry about. As i do with all cars i always do a dvla check to make sure they are mot and check to see if they are right offs etc. I did read this and checked but at the time of inspection the leak was very minor and did not feel it was a isdue of worry. But i am sorry this is how u feel and apologies.
