The mechanic was late, which I overlooked as I thought all would be good when th repair was done. He took at most a quatre of an hour to diagnose the fault and do a health check of the vehicle, which I thought was quite a short time to check everything for good health! Again, I with-held judgement until the repair was made, which it turns out was not to be.
Regarding communication, I am hard of hearing and although I explained this, he had little time to talk and even put the phone down on me this morning!

Callum/Daniel were great, on time, pleasant, overcame all issues in completing the work. Car left in good running order

Blooming marvellous. Polite, within time frame, and all sorted within 15 minutes!! And told me if plays up again (warning light) to just message him and he will look at it again for me 😁 I was a tad nervous as it’s paid upfront but honestly I will never be nervous about click mechanic again!

Very friendly, very knowledgeable, would use again. I was very happy with the work that they carried out.

On day of work, I got a message to say they could not park/work in my area and would have to come back the next day to take the car away, even though I had mentioned on the form that my car was on a road with no garage/hard standing. Arrived 40mins late the next day, which messed with my plans once again. When the car was given back the log book was not signed or stamped for the full service and has left me in doubt of whether the work I paid for was actually carried out. They seemed reluctant to fill anything out

I am not sure how we go from a hose pipe crack to a inlet manifold issue !!>?????

The mechanic who turned up on the first day did not introduce himself therefore, I assumed that it was Daniel (whom I was told will be visiting). As it turned out, the work required more time so he said that he was coming back the following day. He wanted my phone number to confirm time etc later and I told him that he already had my number. That's when he said that I had been talking to another guy not him. Communication was not handled well but all in all, the job was done well.

Friendly, carried out the work quickly and diagnosed the problem with a clear explanation.
