I am writing to let you know that the job has not been completed. I paid the full amount of £283.83 for the repair of my car's DPF, but the repair has still not been carried out. As I have already paid in full, I would like to know what happens next and when, as the repair is still not completed. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
