Macauley was knowledgable and clear about having to change time of the visit - which was fine and I appreciated the discount as a result. His work was fine, easy to understand and very useful.
Whats not so great is that no one is picking up the follow up work after his visit. I have changed availability and time a few times now and no one seems to want to take it on. If its not a job anyone would want to do at the roadside thats fine - but it would be good to know.

Mac was really approachable and friendly, communicated that he was delayed. Unfortunately this was much longer than anticipated but he completed the work promptly and professionally once he arrive.
Was very apologetic for the considerable delay.
