Luke was very chatty tried to give me all the information but it was all totally wrong the part that he said was faulty was not and it was the part that I tried to tell him was faulty so not good so just as well I did not have the follow up work done by you not happy as this cost me money for nothing.

Luke arrived earlier than I was expecting, and gave me a fantastic, honest appraisal of the problems I could be experiencing. It's nice to have a friendly talk with an engineer, who looks at the car and not immediately sees '£' signs as you would with a dealership service department. We had a good chat about the problems, and can honestly say I will be using this service again. Top notch!
