Luke was very friendly and punctual. He diagnosed the problem very rapidly. Got me in and out of the workshop within an hour. Very good service and would recommend Luke to my friends. Will use Luke again in the future.

Luke was great, arrived on time and quickly found reason for fault (originally booked for an alternator belt replacement). The tensioner was broken resulting in the belt failing - Luke quickly ascertained that a garage visit was required, had sourced the part required and informed me of the new updated price for the complete repair including recovery. Within the hour the car was on the back of a flatbed and off to the garage for repair. Car was returned on time and fully working. Great service all round.
