Very sorry you feel that way
You booked for a plug in diagnostic, the vehicle was diagnosed and I told you with it being a Saturday I would not be able to source parts but if the parts are available Monday I would be able to return Monday. The parts were not available so I didn’t except the job because I was busy on the Tuesday so sorry I could not help with the repair on this occasion, but like I told you the job went out onto the network for another mechanic to pick up so your vehicle could be repaired sooner than I could repair it, I’m not sure how that accounts to being a rip off but as a click mechanic we have to ensure parts are available and we are available before we can except a job .
