James was brilliant, couldn't ask for any more .. open, honest and friendly. Carried out the work with minimal disruption to my day, talked me through his intentions and what he actual did, which matched and gave me expert advice moving forward.

Phoned to let me know was on his way, arrived within timescale stated, polite and friendly, took the wheel off to change CV boot and then called me out as nothing wrong with it, took the other wheel off and they'd put the wrong side on the MOT the week before, very honest and completed the job quickly and efficiently
