I am dissatisfied with the service provided by Calum. Initially the service at 5star in Blaydon, Newcastle was satisfactory. However, I was charged £500 for an additional timing chain replacement which had not been carried out. I subsequently had my car checked by a local garage and was informed that the plastic under trays had not been removed which would have been the first step in the process.
When I complained to Clickmechanic they dismissed my complaint directing me to the garage I had been using and closed my case marking it as resolved.

Booked my car in for it's MOT and service. There was a few issues but the team managed to fit me in for the repairs, get them all sorted and the car to pass its mot and back to me 🙂

Callum and his colleagues were really friendly and helpful. Arrived when they said they would & kept me updated about the work which needed completing.

Callum was an absolute star! Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Callum and the service provided.
