Car emergencies are manageable when you have really good people to help you. The dreaded Emergency Management Light and maxed out temperature gauge was fixed straight away when Alan was dispatched to my service call. I'm grateful for the resource of capable mechanics who are at the ready when situations and circumstances pop-up.

Alan took care of everything for our prepurchase inspection. Met the dealer at the stated time, carried out a thorough inspection of the vehicle and put together a report which I recieved within a couple of hours. Was very open, reliable and knowlegable when discussing the report on the telephone later in the day. A very straightforward and satisfactory service.
