Martin was able to get to me earlier which was great. He then listened to the codes I had gotten but had cleared and the work I have had already done. He then started his diagnostic and Let me know it wasn't what I thought it could of been which has saved me a lot of money. He then took the time to explain the most probable causes and reassured me it was nothing major that needed urgent attention.

Very friendly and helpful. Installed a new cooling fan and helped me to further identify car issues and gave advice.

Martin did a great job and was knowledgable and advised me on other issues on my car non-related to the work carried out. My only issue is with ClickMechanic directly (not Martin) in that they did not include the congestion charge in my initial quote which came as a surprise to me. My feedback for ClickMechanic here is to to be more transparent pricing in future but again no reflection on Martin the mechanic here, who had nothing to do with this and delivered exception service.
