You did nothing but cause me grief. no contact, tried to get the part from jaguar, when i said dont. £360 from jag. i got it for £80, included delivery then fitted, and both costs were less than the jag. price for the unit. you were useless, and i would not reccomend you to my worst enemy.

Unfortunately, I do feel that the fee is high. Bearing in mind he found the problem within in 10 minutes and could not fix it.
