I was in panic mode - my car was broke and I need it for my job as a Live In Carer. I was tild two weeks and between £600 and £700 for replacement clutch. Kristian responded quickly to every text I sent him. Our time slot was 09:30 - 11:30 and was with us just after 10.

Once looking at what Kwik fit had told us was a problem with the drive belt, Kristian explained it didn't really need changing and it was up to me whether I wanted the work done.

I appreciated his honesty as this would decrease the fee to pay, I agreed it looked fine - but he still changed it quickly. Made me aware after that the squeaking was still there a little and recommended next steps to take in getting the problem fixed.

After his service he even let me know to get my brake light changed that I hadn't realised. 10/10 on a bank holiday weekend, I would recommend to anyone looking for an honest, down to earth and trustworthy mechanic.
