I was told he would turn up between half 2 and 4 he arrived round half 6 when he arrived it didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing we were stood out there for a while and never really came to any conclusion, I phoned another garage up and they figured it out within a couple minuets

He provided a good service and was very friendly. Also very polite and punctual.

The mechanic was friendly and punctual, though I had explicitly stated that the battery was flat, he had not brought the appropriate equipment to get the car started so he had to return to base. That took about 1 hour. Thereafter, he returned, quickly got the car started and booked it in for an MOT as time was now short. He immediately took it away, MOT’d the car and serviced and washed it before returning it that evening. All in all, I’m very happy with the quality of work and service I received. This was further enhanced when the final charge came up about £40 cheaper than previously estimated.

Really pleased with how quick the work was carried out on my car and for such a reasonable price. I gave 4 stars for communication and punctuality as the mechanic did not turn up at allocated time and we were not contacted. But was resolved quickly by the owner of SMC motors in Bletchley.

Muthi of SMC Autos Ltd, Milton Keynes is the first honest mechanic I have ever met, I had been quoted over £500 by two other garages for the work on my car, before Muthi fixed all the problems, the total bill should have been £108 but because Muthi didn't use any parts I got a partial refund and the total cost was approx £66.

I have never known a Garage or Mechanic to operate with such integrity. Thankyou.

i havent had the car checked yet. but i waited for the mechanic to arrive in the agreed time slot and when he didnt i had to call to find out where he was! He said he forgot and would come round the next day, but as i was at work he would collect my car at 09.00 . 09.45 and still no sign of mechanic, so again i had to call to find out what was going on. It was eventually collected and as far as i am aware the job was done, but when i asked the guy of the filter had been changed he didnt seem too sure

Garage was great really helpful and reasonably priced, they were a bit late picking the car up but they called ahead and gave me plenty of notice that there would be delay so i didnt mind, these things happen. Overall cant fault them and would certainly use them again.

Came and fixed my car. Good communication and quick service. Good job and happy with the service.
