i had a complaint for clickmechanic themselves and they pass hole complaint on to my mechanic. i left a message on click mechanic saying what needed doing to my car and they never forwarded this message on to garage hence when they collected car they did other work that i did not want doing, this cost me over £113.00 and still need the job doing that i wanted done, AVOID clickmechanic and deal with garage itself directly. i will not use c m again as they are not interested in my complaint. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Absolutely brilliant very friendly and very helpful and very good communication.they picked up my car and delivered it back to me.brilliant service

Picked up vehicle nice and early and advised promptly of re[airs required to pass MOT for which I gave immediate OK...all by approx 10.15
Got car delivered back just before 17.00 which I thought a little excessive as all they had to do was replace a tyre and 're-test', having said that I would definitely use the service again.
Discrepancy between quote for new tyre from garage and that charged by yourselves (+20%)

I have no idea who the mechanic was, I was given some advisories because my vehicle failed the MOT, but they weren't offered to be fixed. I booked a pick up and deliver. Then got a message to collect, because I didn't pick it up I had to wait until the next day to be delivered.

I did not see the actual test this was a collect/deliver, however this part was professional, and with good communication.

Great service with no issues it great to find a good service in this day and age
