Gary came across as extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He quickly got to work and identified the problem, explained how it should be repaired and gave a rough estimate of the typical cost and time required. Perfect!

Gary arrived early, was very friendly and got on with the job straight away. Before arriving and throughout the job, and after his communication was excellent, explaining what he had done and showing me pictures of any areas that would be inaccessible to me.
