there was only one email with the mechanic my appointment was 14:00 - 16:00 and that 16:05 they turned up to pick my car up and no phone call in the morning to say what time my car would be back. Car is all fixed now.

The work I booked in for seems to have been done fine, great.
It's the car being returned without the radio working and a headlight out that's the issue. More work and money spent. Car also a day and a half late being returned from original return time. Had to chase up each time myself.

Hi thank you for your feedback.
As discussed your vehicle was returned a day late due to a faulty part. I would rather return your vehicle a day late working perfectly as opposed to your vehicle having a faulty part and especially in the timing area where that would cause serious problems. We would not have interfered with the radio nor would we have checked it. If we had known there was an issue I or a member of our team would have tried to put this right. Also for the lights we were not instructed to check them so we would not have done anything there also. Generally I will only do what is instructed from the customer.
I will speak to the team at the garage and inform them communication is key and you should not need to chase up your car we should have been letting you know sooner. Apologies for that. Again thank you for taken your time to review my garage and we will strive in future. Take care.

Richard is very friendly and professional. I will be happy to use him again. The first attempt to pick up the car didn't work out so second appointment was arranged. Richard needed an extra day to order a part to fix the car so he arranged for Ronnie to take me to work. What a great service the team has provided! Thank you!

Very happy with the service provided. The mechanic arrived on time and did the work on my car on the street - very convenient! Saved £60 on two brake pads compared to what it would have cost me at the dealer's garage. Will definitely be using Click Mechanic again.
