smothered my rocker cover replacement in silicone though you’re meant to use little dabs. Had a garage replace it again and found silicone all through the engine and the old cover bulging in silicone. Ended up pulling out tons of bits of it too. damaged the cat coveter due to oil leaking and going into air intake , also caused damage to my turbo charger from the blocked converter pushing fumes back. Probably need to replace both 👍 Messed me around not replying for a day after I said there was an issue and was rude telling me my ‘phone is not working’ and ‘I told you I was coming after my work today’ I cancelled plans and messaged at 6am and 1:45pm didnt replying until 6pm had to cancel expensive plans for him to not bother showing up. And didn’t pick up when I called his number multiple times. Don’t recommend. Read more

See below. I can't rate until I've had some feedback on my queries below but happy to review rating once you've come back to me on the following as I'm a little unsure. He missed the original allotted time (between 10 and 12 Friday) and report says he did a 5m test drive when dealer tells me he didn't. Verbal feedback from mechanic was that some panels had filler and car should be a CAT S but I can't see any structural damage on report? Also advised value should be £1,500 to £1,800. It's left me pretty confused to be honest
