Great communication from Tom and arrived early which was nice. Got to work straight away and conducted the major service on my ford without and hassle. Would definitely use tom again polite and punctual really appreciated.

Great communication before appointment, arrived on time, fixed the problem with my car quickly and took it for a short drive to check it was running ok. Very pleased!

Tom thinks he might have solved the problem. Although nothing has been fixed and the van won’t start. However after he’d gone I found my key on the seat in bits and snapped. He didn’t tell me and it is the only key I have. Having been charged £100 plus I want a replacement key provided by yourselves.
