Lee was absolutely fantastic! I booked in for a clutch replacement on our Citroen Xsara Piccaso - a big job by anybody’s standard. Never having used ClickMechanic, I was unsure what to expect and at least thought I may have to deliver the car to a workshop for a clutch replacement. I had other concerns because of the size of the job. All wasted worry. Lee arrived on time with an assistant and after working out where to do the job I left him to it. A few short hours later I had the keys and a fully functioning car, which earlier wouldn’t go into gear. Lee even needed to go to a supplier to fetch something he needed and still finished early. ...oh and he had to complete the job in the rain!!!

I cannot recommend Lee highly enough; quick, professional, knowledgable, skilled and with a deep sense of customer service. If he is assigned to you, you are in luck.

When you consider you’re also not having to deliver and collect from a garage and you can see how the job is progressing in real time, working with ClickMechanic and Lee in particular is a win win.
