Lee arrived before the alloted time which helped me a lot, he fully expalined what he was going to do and gave a good estimate of the time requird to complete the repair. No messing about, Lee got straight on with the task and did a great job. I would highly recommend Lee and would definatelu suse him again, though hopefully not to soon! Many Thanks

Lee was on time, and communicated very well. He completed the work (front shock replacement) while the car was parked outside my flat - was fast and convenient. All in good working order so far. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Lee seemed like an ok bloke, diagnosed 2 issues which was the job at hand. however unfortunately he managed to lock the keys in the car, stuff happens. This meant he had to break in, damaging my door seal which he has not offered to replace. Having to complain via click.......

Lee worked hard on a difficult clutch replacement and returned the next morning to sort out a few unexpected problems. Lee kept in touch throughout and was diligent in completing the job.

Very surprised when Lee turned up as we used to go to school together years ago, Lee was very punctual, polite, got straight on with the work, explained what work he done, finished well within the time frame quoted, taken my car out and everything seems spot on, I was told by him if I had any concerns to contact him straight away and he would pop back, so that was very reassuring.

Really happy with Lee's service. Diagnosed my clutch issue problem instantly (new clutch cylinder required) by looking under the hood. Something which another mechanic through Click Mechanic had done but failed to notice the problem, instead wanting to tow my vehicle away to get a new clutch. Lee's professionalism and integrity are a testament to all the honest, hard working mechanics out there. I will definitely be keeping his details.
