Absolutely terrible. Appeared all nice at first instance. Vehicle presented new issues on collection and conducted prior work before diagnosis and ending up being charged double the original price due to lack of customer service and liaison

Hi Adam.
Sorry you hear that you feel this way but I would like to clarify this situation. Your vehicle broke down on the motorway on collection. The fault was already present before you vehicle had reached our workshop, we contacted you straight away stating the vehicle had broke down and would need to be recovered. We had offered you recovery back to your house or to our workshop in which you had clearly stated that you wanted us to look into this. Once the mechanic had diagnosed it, we rang you with an update of what additional work was required with a quotation and you had told us to go ahead.
The work was carried out and click mechanic was informed.
