Work carried out was spot on they picked up my car at 10am and is was back at 2:30pm same day

No I didn't get my car back until today when I should of had it back yesterday, they stated it was going to be dropped off between 11-12 and it still wasnt at my adress at that time i had to go for it my self at 16 30 pm so no i am not happy

I was very happy with the service kept me upto date with everything that was being done.

Polite customer service, they answered any questions that I had. They called me to let know about other issues and sorted it within an hours notice.
The car itself got a timing belt replacement, 4 new tyres, major service & MOT with collection and delivery. This was all done by Shazhad, he has done a really good job and I am more than happy with everything. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I’m really pleased that the car was picked up, fixed and returned to me on the same day. Unfortunately they arrived
over two hours later than the time slot I was given even though I paid more for that particular time slot. Whilst I was waiting they didn’t communicate to me that they were running late, I had to ring twice to find out what was going on. Apart from this issue, I was happy with the service provided.
