Mazda Mazda2 Diagnostic Inspection - vehicle has had a full steering and suspension check with no faults at all identified, customer has been made aware of no findings among inspection

I am not fully satisfied because the mechanic came and did not even do a test driving to hear and experience the problem. Only in the parking lot he raised the car with a jack and after 5 minutes he issued opinions that everything is O.K. And he drove away. The final result is on the account -£ 69.99 for 5 minutes, but the problem remained unsolved. No reason for satisfaction. The mechanic may be good, but the mobile mechanic will not check as exactly as in the workshop.

Hi Piotr, I’m sorry you feel this way, the work you booked in for was to diagnose a knocking noise coming from the front on uneven surfaces so a full steering and suspension check was carried out on the vehicle aswell as the engine mounts which taken around 30 minutes and no components were found defective.
