We booked Dean for diagnostic test. Dean diagnosed that car issue was because of battery, we had it changed from him. However, it didn’t solve the problem. He had offered assistance if the issue didn’t resolve; however, it took quite a few contacts before he actually came to see the car again ( he was busy, but unfortunately communication wasn’t that clear that he was this busy & we kept waiting on our day off).
He then had a chat around with few garages to help diagnose the problem but left everything in middle saying he was very busy to solve that issue.
So overall we paid £346 for nothing & still waiting for another diagnostic test at another garage.

Dean was great. Very knowedgeable and quick, clean and tidy.

Dean was friendly and happy to try and help but admitted straight off that the diagnostic might work but that his knowledge of EV’s was scant.

The Drive run train error that was the cause issue has unfortunately returned as an error in the same way as before. I have let Dean know.

What is the next action if the problem is not fixed - not able to be fixed?
