Excellent service. Called in advance with an estimated time of arrival. Explained what they were going to do and what were the results

Mechanic was absolutely fine - on time and got to work immediately and quickly diagnosed what he believed to be the problem. The only disappointing thing was that he was not able to fix the problem because the AA are not able source the part required (not his fault) and so I would have to take the car to a garage, which is what I had hoped to avoid by coming to ClickMechanic.

Josh was great, quick and efficient and great communication leading up to the appointment

He was very friendly and worked hard to try and diagnose the problem. However, it turned out to not be what he said and to be actually just loose wheel bolts. It is frustrating to have paid out twice for this given this could have been fixed roadside. I would appreciate someone contacting me about this to see if a refund could be provided.
