I had Sebastian Yates turn to do my front disc & pads on a 2012 mini countryman copper D which i had purchased 2 days prior.

He was very punctual, professional and genuinely down to earth. Unfortunately euro parts had given him the wrong part twice and couldn't complete the job immediately.

After being back and forth to euros he came back in good time and got the job done.

Was a very nice bloke to deal with and I wish him the best within in role.

Mechanic arrived within time slot, was friendly & seemed knowledgeable but has damaged my wheel nut, rounded it so much trying to remove it that it’s cost me £100 to get it off & all 4 replaced, did not communicate this to me & couldn’t carry out the work booked so no, not at all happy
Still waiting to hear from your customer service to resolve this, as unable to speak to anyone, its message only so not a good experience for me
Always difficult to deal with garages as a woman so I thought I would try this remote site, unfortunately the service was not good & leaves me disillusioned with car mechanics.
