Neil was late by 25 minutes and did not apologise nor call me beforehand to explain his lateness. It was assumed I would still be available for the work to be carried out at 10.25 when I had booked a 8-10 slot.

The diagnostics revealed what I knew by reading articles on the internet. He communicated this to me although he did not explain why replacement of those parts would help with the starting issue. As a consequence I was not convinced about his knowledge and was just relaying information from the diagnostic test.

Neil said that clickmechanic would contact me re the next step but 24 hours later all I am doing is writing this! The car needs fixing but no further contact about how that will be achieved has been forthcoming. As a result I have instructed another mechanic. Disappointing Read more

Excellent service, fantastic communication from Neil, so much less stressful having someone come and sort out the problem at home!
