I wanted discs and brake pads fitted but Michael couldn’t get the wheel bearings off to fit the discs, I now need to take the car to a garage to get the discs fitted. Everything was explained to me and I agreed to just have the break pads fitted , I am disappointed the job couldn’t be finished today.

Michael was exactly what I needed, available at short notice, great communicator, knew what he was doing, and got the job done fast. Would definitely recommend.

Came a half hour earlier than requested. Very punctual.
Looked over van to determine why it wouldn’t start.
Didn’t appropriate connection to do diagnostic on van.
Phoned seller to query problem.
Check fuses in fuse box.
Said issue was faulty fuel pump and that he couldn’t fix issue as he had no access to equipment required.
Gave me advice on how to move forward with mechanical warranty.
Problem was later found by a neighbour who works as a diesel specialist and found fault to be the fuse for the relay was not in fuse box. Put a fuse in and my van started with no bother.
I’m unsure why the cost for call out to click mechanic should have been so expensive.
