Arrived on time despite the pooring rain. Changed both sets of pads and disks in no time at all and was really friendly and polite. He even pointed out something for me to keep an eye on in case it gets worse. I was really happy with the work he did and would 100% recommend.

Very quick to find the fault (starting motor) & coming back with the new part on Monday.

From the start the communication with Paul was first class with each text answered promptly and his direction to the finish report patient as he realised I hadn't read the instructions clearly> The report, and the attached photos were clear and detailed and I saved myself around 30% on the traditional AA/RAC cartel. I will be recommending (and using) Paul and Clickmechanic in the future.

Paul was brilliant, very friendly and professional, he accepted the job and answered his phone straight away. When he arrived it turned out to be user error on the motorhome but he called me and we had a very friendly chat. Great service which got me out of a fix with the person who was driving the camper van not realising you cannot start an automatic if not on park and/or pressing the brake pedal. As the incident was a 6 hour drive away Paul attending saved me an awful lot of stress and expense.

Absolutely no issues at all very punctual very friendly. Work carried out quickly and to a high stand would definately recommend and use again.
