2 days after service and still haven’t had a ‘breakdown of all checks completed during the service on your booking receipt’ Which ClickMechanic promise. I have no idea what was carried out apart from a few repairs needed with no prices given or if they could do the work. It was a major service but took less than an hour and a half must have been speedy gonzalez. Spent allday at work on Friday chasing this up with ClickMechanic and still haven’t had a breakdown of checks or the quotes for the repairs as promised. The purpose of this site is for convenience it would have been less hassle to do the service myself. I will not use ClickMechanic again I will go back to servicestop. Read more

A really good mechanic knows his stuff well pleased with his standard of work. Arrived in the time slot specified and got cracking straight away. Good grafter.

Paul was very helpful,before and after the Pre Purchase Inspection and saved me paying nearly £2000 for a very poor car that looked great in pictures.

PAUL was great but could only tell me the problem with my car said it was a specialist job fixing the ECU so no work carried out on my car still have the same problem

Paul did a exceptional job on a very complex car with a cat D damage and identified the two known weak points and another weak point unknown to everybody, I bought the car on his advice and is very happy with the outcome.

Whilst i am very happy with work undertaken and service provided can you explain why i have been charged 1.4 hours labour for a job that took 40mins.

I accept this is the quoted duration however in reality i dont believe it is representative of the job
