Luke wright seemed friendly.
I was supposed to just have an oil and filter changed , but carried out a vehicle check that i did not ask for. He told me that my breaks were worn low and there was a leak
on the drive shaft. I had just had my MOT
the week before , that passed?.
Luke said he would bring my car back in one and half hours , but came back four hours later.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you were unhappy with parts of your experience.
You were booked in for an oil and filter change, which was completed as requested. As part of my standard practice, I carried out a complimentary vehicle health check at no extra charge. This is something I do to help customers stay informed about the condition of their vehicle and to highlight any potential safety concerns early — there is never any obligation to proceed with additional work.
Regarding the advisories mentioned, brake wear and minor leaks can develop or become noticeable between inspections.
An MOT is a roadworthiness test on the day of inspection and doesn’t always mean components won’t be close to wear limits shortly after. I simply reported what I observed so you could make an informed decision.
In terms of timing, I apologise that the job took longer than initially estimated. Occasionally, delays can occur due to traffic, parts collection, or workload on the day, but I appreciate that this can be frustrating.
I always aim to provide honest advice, transparent service, and good value for customers. If you would like to discuss any of the points raised, I’m more than happy to speak with you directly.
