I have used Luke twice now, the work he carried out seemed fine, I was not happy with the work as I thought I had included an MOT with a full service, No MOT was done and I have had to organise my own, with the cost of the service it has been an expensive lesson to learn.

Luke was very personable and did a good job. Full explanation of what was being done, and very thorough.

My 1 star is with click mechanic directly.
I cannot get a response or resolution to my complaint. My car was with the mechanic for 10 days to get a head gasket done.
Car still has fault lights on the dash which the mechanic cannot remove. My car is not running properly and more money was taken from my account than was agreed without my permission. I have sent several messages and emails but have not had a response from click mechanic. Their website clearly states that diagnostics and repairs include getting the codes reset so the dash lights go off. I’ve had £1348 taken from me and I still cannot use my car.
