Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Tony was fantastic, picking up and dropping off my car which made the whole experience so easy and stress free. My car passed its MOT with no advisories and came back in great condition. Will definitely be using this garage again and will be back next year. Highly recommended!

Was skeptical at first to allow a mechanic to collect my car and drive it away to their garage , however seeing the positive reviews from other customers provided some assurance that my car will be safe and taken care of. Tonyā€™s communication has been commended many times in the reviews and I see why. He kept me informed on the condition of the car and did not pressure to pay for additional repairs. However I gladly did due to the rapport and professionalism.

I opted to have my car collected from my home (an MOT and service). Throughout Jamie was communicative and polite. I was called after the service and had everything explained to me about what was done and about any advisories. Jamie was very helpful. I had one MOT fault on the car (a faulty bulb) and I was charged just Ā£2 extra to have that sorted out. Most garages would see this as an opportunity to make some extra money but not so with J Brett Autos. I definitely recommend them.
