He was friendly but I would not say knowledgeable . I am not happy with the work as the problem has not been resolved, he said I needed a new battery and it would be fine. I spent £100 on a new battery and still not working, Also with the money spent on getting mechanic out I have spent nearly £200 and still no van working. I would not use Click Mechanic again.

They were absolutely fantastic. They were a little late due to issues on a previous job and the winter weather, which couldn't be helped, but they let me know ahead of time and did a great job on the car.
