James was customer focused, keen to walk me through the required repair, and provided a level of care not experienced when you drop off your car to a dealership. I will definitely use him again.

James was running late (a very windy and wet day would have delayed the best of us!) but let me know well in advance - James got stuck in straight away and completed the job efficiently and quickly - thank you James. I would recommend both James and clickmechanic to anyone - I had expected to pay £200+ for the work and the fact that a mechanic came to the house and did the job for a fraction of the cost of a local garage is astounding - 10 out of 10 - a very credible website and very credible mechanic. James was very knowledgeable and efficient. went above beyond what I expected to resolve my problems which were difficult as it was an intermittent fault and didn't show up on the diagnostics.
So reverting back to basics he highlighted a few probable causes and repaired a damaged electrical connection. Since he has left the fault appears to have gone. Very pleased with this service and have already recommended it to several friends. Well done James.
