Paul the mechanic was late, he was impossible to contact and overcharged for the work. However the support guy joe was excellent and very helpful.

I was late but you was informed of this by text as you was at work,
The booking time was 8-10 am, I arrived at the address provide at 10.05am.
I rang the door bell and waited for
15-20 mins as your car was behind a locked gate.
I was about to leave then a lady came out of the house on the phone, telling me she is on a conference call, “ I said ok & waited for 10mins for the phone call to end.
Then I was put on phone to be given your technical information regarding your car.
So 15 mins later I get to work looking at your car for a basic diagnostic !!
Which I did.
But then I spoke to your wife about the car & tried to explain that the oil light being on ALL the time is a bit more than a basic diagnostics.
As I need to check that you had oil circulation in the engine, As the car has engine covers etc all of these need to be removed & replaced this takes time a lot longer than a basic diagnostic that you had booked.
So after working on your car for quite some time testing your oil pressure switch with my diagnostic equipment that takes time to.
I spent close to 3 hours with your car not including. The waiting time I never changed you for etc.
I then spent 20 mins explaining the how, why & what had gone on with your car.
I tried to call your number but it went straight to voicemail I left you a message about the car.
You then tried to call me late in the evening as I had finished work for the day all calls go to voicemail.
I tried to call the next morning but yet again your phone went to voicemail.
You never call me back instead you got on to Click by emailing them as I could not get I touch with yourself.
Because you felt that I had over charged you for 3+ hour’s on your car you cry about it I’m not really bothered about the money what so ever.
But I thank you for pointing out that the next time I have a basic diagnostics to do I will use the alotting time given

1, I’m happy that you may feel a little better about me being 5 mins late that I except 👍
2, Doing your report that evening I guess I should have stopped doing everything for you to do your report leaving someone broke down on A47 with children so yes I should of done your report first for I’m sorry I guess.
3, As for saying you could not get hold of me I tried you 3 times you call me ONCE.
As long as you you are happy with what you have put then I’m happy to.
