very friendly, told me what he needed to do to the cat and explained everything before he did the work. very professional and very happy to use again.

He was fantastic, and flexible around a seller who wasn't as open to an inspection as I'd have hoped, and it turns out there was a reason, there were some severe issues found that I'd have had no idea about otherwise and would have cost me likely more than the cost of the van if I had ended up purchasing it.
