Really good job car pick from home and returned can’t fault the work will have them again

Halim and his team were fantastic! Wasn't sure what to expect having never used ClickMechanic before, but the work was carried out quickly I was given updates throughout and the car even came back cleaned. Excellent service and will certainly been keen on using them again. Thank you!!!

Fantastic service, was delayed in traffic to start with but more than made up for it by still completing and returning the vehicle on time. Timing belt and water pump changed can't fault the service. Thanks guys.

What can I say apart from the usual buzz words... Service Sells not only were they exceptional in customer service they were conscientious, polite, punctual proficient with world class work ethics and completely drama free, what a refreshing change.

My old mechanic of 30 yrs has retired so using someone new was a culture shock but as above not only did the meet my expectations they exceeded them and the quality of work simply awesome.

Moving forward, It would appear i've found a replacement for my prior mechanic where old school values and caring about your craft and customer base is ingrained in these genuinely nice helpful mechanics, what a joy and may these principles continue within them.

I'm delighted with the service and the work - communication was excellent throughout, the guys who collected and returned the car were warm and friendly and efficient, just got on with the job and got the car back promptly (and thoroughly cleaned - thanks so much!). I would definitely call on Halim again and trust his advice. Very happy with the quality of the work done and the service.

Where to start when talking about the wonderful Halim?
I requested a pre-inspection vehicle check of a Skoda Octavia, because there was the possibility that there had been a head gasket issue in the past. The dealer was of course saying that it was all fixed, but I wanted an independent check, and found click mechanic, and Halim picked up the job.

While the dealer had seemed very nice to my face, something had felt a bit off, and horrifically, the dealer both attempted to bribe Halim (who roundly refused to accept a bribe), and then worse, became aggressive towards Halim, when Halim found that there was severe evidence of overheating in the engine.

Halim is an absolute hero in my book, and has saved me from buying an absolute lemon. Thank you so much, Halim. I'm not local to you, but if I was, I'd be calling you for anything car-related! Read more

Our Mini clutch was replaced at a reasonable cost so we're very pleased with the work done. Unfortunately, due to bad luck, the car was away for three days rather than same-day return. but both Halim and the recovery driver kept us updated throughout with genuine apologies and updates. They're two honest lads working hard, so if all had gone to time it would have been perfect.

Cannot rate these guys highly enough. Was kept in the loop all the time. Guys that picked up and dropped off my car were very polite too. I’ll definitely go back. Thank you
