Great, came earlier than the time slot given and work was done efficiently. 👍

Had Florin come to do an oil change on my car, he was professional, helpful knowledgeable and very friendly. An excellent mechanic whom I would highly recommend and definitely use again his knowledge of BMWs is second to none. He uses genuine OEM parts too which was excellent to see! Checked the car over made sure all was right with car checked it over aswel.... brilliant service.

Very pleased with the service. Would recommend highly.
Will use again
I'm not sure how much I add to this review to submit it but if it needs to be an essay then the Customer Service Team for click mechanic get 0/10 for constructing a survey that requires this.

Excellent, thorough service from Velea. He very knowledgeable and professional.

Velea was fantastic, turned up on time and thorough job well done excellent service.

Velea was friendly and arrived when he said he would, took time to explain what was wrong and the costs to fix it. Also explained that some work we thought needed doing was not needed at all. Very happy with his advice and would not hesitate to use again.

Excellent service, punctual, reliable and friendly, work completed quickly and efficiently

Yes very friendly and attentive with helping me see what’s wrong with my car. Highly recommend

The mechanic was very efficient but communication with Clickmechanic with regards to payment was problematic. My card payment did not go through for some reason but there was no communication from Clichmechanic about failed payment for 2 days. The poor mechanic could not get a new job until the previous payment is cleared & was chasing us which felt very bad.
The payment finally ceared after the weekend but the service left much to be desired. It was really difficult to get through to a live agent.

Velea was great and came through on time to start the work. He was very efficient and was very knowledgeable. Talked me through the areas that needed work and explained them thoroughly as well. He was also very happy to answer my questions so I can understand better.

Would highly recommend him! Thank you!
