This is the second time I have entrusted my Merc to Faridon, and once again he has provided a very professional experience, with excellent communication and description of the work he has carried out.

Freddy arrived on time to take the car, he rang to let me know the car had passed the MOT and that he was about to carry out the service and gave me an estimated time that he would return the vehicle (which he did !) Excellent service and a lovely pleasant well mannered young guy too!!

So helpful! They picked up my car, kept me up to date on the work that was needed, and then brought the car back the next day. Would happily go to them again!

I am happy with the service but the garage must have been a few miles away as my low fuel light was on when I next drove the car. Maybe matching with a local garage would be better.

Very polite, car was picked then I received a phone call to say the brake caliper had seized and needed replacing , I was offered a good price and the work was done and my car returned to me . I was shown photos of the seized caliper for peace of mind. Very professional service. Definitely recommend.
