Despite leaving details on the original request to have the car back by 4pm and the driver confirming this on collection they where still almost half an hour late bringing the car back leaving my wife standing in the rain waiting for me to get there. Won’t be using RF Auto again unfortunately.

Freddy came out and collected my car, even though the roads weren't the best from a night of heavy snow. He seemed a friendly and polite chap. All work was completed to a high standard and my car was returned the same day. I would definitely recommend using him.

Freddy was great. He arrived on time, kept me informed, showed me pictures relating to the work he'd done (it wasn't something that you could easily see by just looking at the car) and returned it when he said he would.
