Brett was great, I'll be using him again.
However, the clickmechanic website could do with one adjustment. There needs to be a free typing section, so that the customer can explain what they need done or what is broken. This would ensure the mechanic knows what needs doing, especially if the work is not available to selecting the drop down menu.
