Martin was excellent. About 5 minutes after I made the booking I received a telephone call and he asked about doing the pre purchase check the following morning. This was late evening, so I wasn't in reality expecting any communication until the following morning. He liaised with the dealership and got back to me with a verbal assessment which he said he'd put in writing that day. He's clearly spoken, knowledgeable, punctual and I couldn't have been happier with this service - if only all businesses were run this way.
