Great communication. Very happy with the work done, quality for a reasonable price.

Firstly they arrived nearly an hour late for collecting my car. They then told me they had ordered the wrong part. Then the next day the part hadn’t turned up and they didn’t let me know till home 5pm. I needed the car back as soon as possible as I was going away in it and lost 2 days of my holiday. Communication was terrible. Didn’t answer phone calls or texts. Wouldn’t use this mechanic again.

Good communication. The mechanic called to say he was on his way, I was given a timescale and then called later on to discuss the work that needed doing, as well as some other issues not covered in the MOT. Car was brought back a few hours later. I'd happily use again.

Uqaib was fantastic. Listens to my description of the issue carefully and made me confident the problem would be resolved. The issue could not be fixed in the drive so took the car away and returned it as soon as the job was done.
Lovely service and though o hope I don’t need it again I would definitely recommend them.
