The men who collected and dropped the car off was loverly. My only issue was the 10-12 slot was missed meaning by the time was collected and returned I had to sit in the street for an hour

Duncan did a great job at finding out the problem, he couldn't fix it on the spot. He was going to try and sort somebody to recover the car and fix it at the garage, unfortunately he never called me back to get this arranged.

Apologise, I think there was a miscommunication. We advised if you are able to arrange recovery to us, we can repair the vehicle. We don’t have a winch on our transporter and this would be required.
