Bob was good but he was unable to access to Mercedes main system to update my car's digital service history. What he did was just to update the Dashboard display information. That's a bit disappointed.

Bobby was great overall. Although he was slightly delayed on the first day, he stayed late to complete the job. Was excellent with communication. The job was more complicated than initially thought but he worked hard to complete it. Great mechanic and good guy. Would recommend.
