The process to book mechanic was simple and quick. Needed the pre inspection done at a short notice and was able to book one. Alfred was brilliant. Did all the checks, called and explained and answered all my queries. Highly recommended.

Alfie was absolutely spot on from start to finish, he arrived on time, and was thorough in his check of the car - which is located 250mi away from me, so a Pre inspection made sense. He found some things that I wasn't aware of, and helped make my decision more thought out. Only slight niggle is he only took 2 photos of the car, but detailed some damage on the report not shown on photos, maybe an oversight.

All in all I'm pleased with the service received. Thank you Alfie!

Alfie was fantastic. Explained everything before he started, and told me of other possible issues I might come across. Just got on with it, in the dark, cold and wet conditions. Simplified his explanations so I could understand. Very happy with his work. I have noticed a performance improvement.
