Alfred was 10/10. His communication was great from the start. He was punctual and when he arrived he was friendly and very informative, he explained everything he was going to do. He kept the information coming as he worked and when he was finished he gave me a breakdown of everything and even advised me of other issues I wasn’t aware of that need tending to. He sent me before and after pictures of the dpf readings. I was overall very happy with the service and results and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Honestly, at first I was skeptical about using Click Mechanic as I only go to approved LR specialists or dealers themselves, however I needed a DPF regeneration urgently so booked a mechanic with Click Mechanic, Was so happy Alfie took on the job, he has has a wealth of experience in Landrovers and many other manufacturers, kept me posted and done a great job and I’m back on the road.
