The work was done as expected, and my car keys returned upon completion (i went to work) - it was very convenient vs going to the garage. My only complaint would be the timeliness of the arrival, which was delayed, but I understand that it's not always possible to make it on time in London.

The mechanic was fine. However, I originally booked for Sunday and he eventually came on Tuesday. I don't think it was his fault; the problem was with the head office. They said they'd received the wrong part but only after I complained that no mechanic had come.
Also (again not the fault of the guy who came to my house) the part didn't match the colour of my car.
