Told straight away that my electric car needed an oil change, breaks were faulty and gear box needed looking at. (My car is electric) funny enough my car failed its MOT but not on any of this! Took car straight to citreon and they found no faults and car now passed! Don't waste your time. Wish I had gone straight to citreon in the first place. Cheaper too!

Customer was correctly advised of the difference between ice and ev services and advised to save money by not paying for an ice interim service with an mot on an ev as its just a fuild top up and test. Which was advised about the main service points of evs which is brakes yearly and gearbox average every 8 years. (Which customer advised they would have sold the car by this point and was advised it's something they would never need)
Customer was advised by us to take to citroen for free diagnostics and free repair for fault advised on mot.
Customer was also offered free retest but refused.
Customers vehicle then failed mot at another test centre requiring repairs, on faults not present at last mot.
Customer knows fully we don't set prices for any repairs or mots and they chosen to use click mechanic.
