Luke went way above and beyond as a mechanic and all round decent person after I was ripped off by Click Mechanic for the job they paid him to do. I booked a DPF clean. Click Mechanic charged me nearly £300 (cost of a stage 2 clean) and sent out the job to Luke to only do a stage 1 DPF clean which did not work. When he complained on my behalf, an agent explained "I do not think this is on the quote information when the customer tries to place a booking" and it was my liability if the stage 1 did not work (as hidden deep within the terms and conditions). I will never use Click Mechanic again and have told all my friends and colleagues not to use them. The mechanic in question will now not accept any DPF cleaning via Click Mechanic. Luke used his own time to get the DPF cleaned via a stage 2 as a way to make up for the exploitation of my situation by Click Mechanic for which I am VERY grateful - Thanks Luke! Read more

I was a bit sceptical about click mechanic as I have never used their services in the past. I was asssigned Luke for MOT & Service. Luke was punctual, friendly, professional and explained everything that needed regarding costs and fitting. I couldn't be any happier. I would highly recommend Luke and click mechanic.
